Welcome to Blue Collar Mystics, the under-the-hood approach to the depths of human consciousness. So many mysteries, so little time, so many big words. That's why we aim to take the mystical and make it practical, usable in your everyday life. And you know, we want to hear from you. We want to hear your story. What happened when you started asking yourself the real questions? Like, who am I? What is this? Is it a hologram? Is this some kind of weird cosmic joke? Hey, these are the questions that we are trying to get to the bottom of as we explore the final rabbit hole together here as Blue Color Mystics. All right, welcome, welcome everybody. Happy New Year. It is 2023, January 10th, 2023, and got a great show for you. Really excited. Um, absolutely stoked. Happy New Year, happy new year. How about them dogs? Yeah, gotta do it, gotta gloat a little, you know. You don't spend 30 grand on college because you're not very good at college. Not to brag a little bit when your team wins the national championship. That's right. I got a degree in there. I never even took it out of the tube. Uh I'm I hope it's in there. Who knows? It might just be like a note that's like, sorry, bro, the dean, you know. But yeah, uh, had an awesome celebration, great new year. And I have the one and only, the magnificent, the fantastic, my friend Joe Roop on the podcast tonight. What is up, Joe?
SPEAKER_05What's up, brother? Thanks for letting me be here with you, dude.
SPEAKER_00Thanks for being here. Is that like a shadow person creeping around in the background there?
SPEAKER_07I don't know what you see, dude.
SPEAKER_00No, no, I'm kidding. Yeah, uh, but before we get going, I'm just gonna holler out uh my people at Content Safe, really appreciate them. Check them out. They distribute content all over the internet for people, and that's awesome. Um, yeah, those guys are great. I need to catch back up with them, but that they have done an amazing job with that. We're live on rock fin, we're live on YouTube. YouTube, uh, no me likey. Okay, YouTube has not has not been our friend lately, and uh, and that's and I understand, I understand it. We know we've we've pushed the boundaries, we've done the we've sort of challenged the algorithm. So I I do encourage everybody as much as you can, though, even if it's a little tiny bit, check out other platforms, try to use alternatives that you can, and uh just to yeah, to throw out there, I had that interview with Derek Bros not too long ago. Great guy, and they have that um greater reset coming up next week. That's pretty cool. I love what those folks are doing. I've been following them for a long time, and he seems like such a cool, cool guy. So I'm just throwing that out there, and uh yeah, it's been it's been good. I'm excited about 2023. I think it's gonna be uh a really good year. I think we still got a couple good years. What do you think, Joe?
SPEAKER_05I I mean, I hope so. You know what I mean? Like, no, I can't go through another one like that. No, dude. It's got to be, you know.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I think so. I think so. Man, I'm excited. Uh Joe and I have um contact at the cabin Magic on the Mountain coming up, and I had Brandon on. Uh maybe that was the last episode of last year or something like that, which is pretty cool. And uh getting revved up and excited for that. And uh yeah, man, what's new with you?
SPEAKER_05Uh, you know, well, like other than restructuring and doing stuff like to try to adapt with the fringe FM. Uh I'm pretty much exploring my creativity as far as like a radio host is concerned on lighting the void. So I've uh I'm sure there's a lot of people that don't really understand my methods because I don't really care about image, you know what I mean? Like, so I like uh I just sorry, I know that I'm just being really blunt about that, but I got into it for uh the creative purposes of it because I enjoyed it and it was fun. So uh I'm trying to blend the music with the talk now, and I find myself doing a little comedy, you know, trying things out just to see, like just you know, rattle a few heads a little bit. When you so when you reach a peak of like expression with one thing and you move to another goal, I know David Dadia talks about this. You just gotta kind of like follow your heart and experiment until it all kind of comes to you. You can't force anything.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, dude. And you're naturally funny. I love that you're going toward you know, more creative bent. I think a lot of podcasters are actually. There's one guy I want to talk to you with, actually, Andy Rouse, the deep share podcast. He's a cool, cool dude. And and it's for him, it's kind of like that. And for Juana Yala, too, right? Like they've been yeah, you know, doing more like creative stuff. I think that's so cool. I'm into that uh as well. And uh I think you're so naturally funny. What are you been what have you been up to?
SPEAKER_05Well, I so we've had a few characters on the show, right? Like, so uh I'm a big fan of like Phil Hendry, but I'm also I'm also been DJing. Like people are like right now, they're like, wait, dude, I I thought you were you know like the ceremonial magician out of body guy. Like, why are you playing DJ Testo? And then five uh shows down the road, we got Tippy the Redneck on, like, what is going on, man? You know, yeah, and uh like I just um I just love radio, bro. Like all of it, all of it. I really do. And um it's very intimate and special to me. And it goes back to my childhood, and it's something no matter how much life is like. Are you sure you can like do this? You know, uh, I can't stop doing it, you know. So I can't.
SPEAKER_00I think that's awesome, though. Like, I think everybody needs to you have no choice, right? Like, you need to follow your curiosity that leads to your passion, that leads to whatever you're obsessed about, you know. I don't think it's even I don't even think it's unhealthy to have something to be kind of obsessed about, you know.
SPEAKER_05Oh man, I know as long as it's not a person, I think you'll be all right.
SPEAKER_00Right, yeah, that's creepy as hell. Don't do that.
SPEAKER_05No, but what you know, but like no, um, but I remember when I was little, I used to put tapes, like you know how you could put tapes in a boom box and put scotch tape over the little holes on the top because I couldn't I didn't have enough money to go buy a bunch of blank tapes, so you could use a regular like tape and then just or maybe MC hammer, vanilla ice, whatever, and then and then write uh put the scotch tape over the top of it, and you could keep dubbing over it. And I would do like characters and pretend I was DJing shows and stuff like that when I was little, so it's fun to me, dude.
SPEAKER_00I kind of the same, you know. We did little skits and were goofing around a lot when I was a kid, and it was what we wanted to do. We were just having fun. My sister taught school in the basement, that's what she wanted to do. She wound up being a teacher, you know. She's doing other things now, but whatever we do when we're kids is a huge telltale. That's one of the biggest things that I ask people when I work with them as and their clients is like that's a huge question. Like, what did you do? How did you play when you were a kid? It can tell us a lot. It might not necessarily mean that that's what you're meant to do, but it can be a huge insight into who you are and and and and your roots, you know, kind of getting caught back up with that. Because I'm all about that too. The creative stuff is and story is what I've been really trying to learn. It's hard. There's a lot to it. Like storytelling, you mean or storytelling for sure, but the even the format of story and like like so to take like the hero's journey or like an episodic show, a movie, you're all you're gonna see the same sort of patterns. Somebody's gonna die, he's gonna, you know, he's gonna kind of come to like him and the the if it's a buddy comedy, they're gonna get mad at each other and split and then come back. Like there's but you know, there's all these intricacies too. There's the hero's journey, but there's and you've got like a premise, you got which is a story, you know, but you need to add conflict to it. It's it's you know, usually some often a story is too simple. You actually have to kind of add more to it to make it well.
SPEAKER_05I think if you just followed someone around with a camera, period, like just a a person around with a camera, like 24-7, and they didn't know you were doing it. Yeah, it would be the it would be a blockbuster, dude. It would be the best thing ever, right? Like it would be a stories, there would be arc, story arc after story arc after story arc, it would be amazing. But um we're still working on being open as a society so far. We're still doing this protective thing, you know. Uh, I think, but we're getting better. I think we're getting better.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, they what was that Jim Carrey movie? The Truman Show. Yeah, you know, that's basically that. That's it. It's a it's you follow you following around because we are all on our hero's journey, like it helps to understand stories so you can kind of prepare yourself and see yourself in context. Yeah, like fact and fiction, man, it's a mirror, you know. Fact truly is stranger than fiction. But the reason why we uh are so resonant to story is because of the truth embedded in it. And when we want to like get ideas across, like I don't think there's a more effective device because it doesn't come off preachy, you know. It's you're you're telling a story, it's an illustration, it's a metaphor. So some but also some people might miss the metaphor because you know I've the bell curve's real, you know.
SPEAKER_05I think dude, bro, like I've done over a thousand um episodes of lighting the void since like 2015 or whatever, right? Wow. So uh what I found is is like even if even if you do two hours a night, five nights a week, no one's people still are not gonna know you. That's a small portion of your life. They may develop an image of you, and if you help them do that, then that's your fault, right? But even if you're as real and honest, even stupidly open, that's still not enough for people to really know who you are. Like, I find myself like still surprising people with some of the things I do on the show, right? And they're like, they're like, Well, I didn't ever think you would play like shaking asses on your show. Like, what I thought you were a sweet guy. I'm like, dude, I'm just I'm a dude, right? Like, I'm a human just like you, right? But we're and but we're all magical too.
SPEAKER_00So I mean well, I think there's like this uh what is what do they call it? It's like the something effect, the halo effect. It's like people project certain things. That's why they say never meet your heroes, because inevitably they'll you know, they'll Alan Watts is a drunk, you know, like he probably would have even not not remembered you, or or or whatever, where people do have these ideas about it's it's hard not to because we you know, I put myself out there a bunch, and people are like, Well, you seem to me to be this way, and for the most part, that's true, but there's intricacies and weird things about me that probably I don't want I don't want people to know next to if you really want to know how loud I snore, you know what I'm saying? Like, yeah, like I I I cut down a forest by day and by night, you know. Yeah, it's well I do too, brother.
SPEAKER_05Trust me, I do too. So it doesn't matter.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, people are gonna have those projections, right? And that's kind of weird because it's like, why do I I saw some I saw something on this because like at a certain point the balance tilts and you start living as if you are the person that people are projecting onto you, which is yeah, that I do that's easy to do too, because I've fell into that a few times, and then you start like you start feeling that pressure of having to do that, and it stresses you out really like bad.
SPEAKER_05It it's isolating and it stresses you out, and it doesn't matter, like you could have a hundred followers, a thousand, twenty thousand. So you know, Snick, like this guy that's going to uh the event in Chasta, right? He's a buddy of mine now. He finally came to Daytona Beach and visited me, and he was like, I said, How long have you been listening to the broadcast? And he goes, uh, about three years. He goes, I I thought I thought you were black and had like a million followers, though.
SPEAKER_00It's kind of you do have a soulful voice, like it's but I said, Well, a reality's a bitch, isn't it?
SPEAKER_05Right? Like, I'm sorry to let you down. But uh, it's just funny to me. That's all perception, the whole thing about it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it is, man. It is, and uh, I love in the chat. Alan Watts, CIA. So the story goes, very likely, dude. That's what I've like a realization that I came to. I was like, I think a lot of my heroes were CIA, you know, like a lot of them, you know. Robert Anton Wilson, we talked about on your show a little bit, like how much I appreciate his work and how he put things. Um, and yeah, I mean, I just love love him so much, but so I mean, so many people would say he was a Satanist or very or you know, Illuminati, CIA. I don't know, you know, Terrence McKenna, CIA, the who knows? The whole Grateful Dead movement could be.
SPEAKER_05Um, but I'm sensing some people, I'm sensing some fear of the CIA here, right? Right.
SPEAKER_00Well, Robert Monroe, right, as we know, and I've done a lot of his he definitely worked with the government, definitely work with CIA and those gateway tapes. I mean, if you want something done right, you know, right, go with the Robert Monroe tapes, they are great. Yeah, they are fantastic, and a bunch of the stuff that they've put out through the Monroe Institute since then that I've done uh Luigi, I can't remember the guy's name. He's like uh Abby hooked me up uh with one of his meditations, and it's uh like a dreaming meditation where you meet your dream, uh, but it's the same, it's the same kind of setup as a lot of the gateway stuff, and it was it was really, really cool.
SPEAKER_05Man, I'm telling, I don't know if I told you on the last broadcast, but he did he did a shorter one before he did the whole gateway experience. It was called the Gateway Voyage, I think, or something like that. And it was like the first two were free, and those are the those first two are the best one. You could you can have an out-of-body experience with just those first two, and those are on uh YouTube for free, right? It makes you feel like you're like a baby in a womb, and the next thing you know, you're floating around. If you do it long enough, you'll be you'll turn into a ghost. I'm not playing. Hey, try.
SPEAKER_00I'm I'm into that, man. I want to learn more about that. I want to talk more about that. My friend Wendy says CIA, doesn't that stand for Care Institute of America?
SPEAKER_05Exactly. Yeah, that's exactly where I mean spooks got your back, man. You know what I mean? So don't don't like don't be afraid of them.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I mean, yeah, we we can't be afraid of anything. I mean, the cat's out of the bag at this point, and you know, the more I look into things and look around, you know, I I will reserve uh myself not to say anything too stupid, but you know, it's like we're building this infrastructure that we're gonna be beholden to, you know, and it's kind of watching everything you're doing anyway, so you might as well be open about it. I guess it doesn't matter, but we're yeah, we're just building our own fucking prison from the inside, basically, you know, like it just we're like and we're racing to do it, it's pretty hilarious, but um yeah, whatever. I I don't know. I mean, so I feel like we only get truth in fragments, and so we have to like take from all these different sources and compile everything together that we think we can like that is actionable and usable for us, you know. Like, I put all the stuff that I think works, and I don't believe everything goes for like truths, right? Yeah, well, exactly, right? So I try to take the stuff from his work that I thought resonates, and then the rest of it is you know, whatever, um, or you know, or or whomever, like the eighth circuit model of consciousness. I think it's brilliant.
SPEAKER_05Um, but I'm not really stuffing proly, but I can't stand the guy, but he's got some stuff out there.
SPEAKER_00Terrible, probably not a probably not a good dinner guest, you know.
SPEAKER_05Probably not, probably not the kind of guy I want to hang out with, but not if he not if he's he comes to the table and he's like, I would like to recite my poem when sealed your farts. I'm like, I don't want to hear that, dude. I don't like you're not even a human being. All right, get away from me. But then again, you read something else and it's pure genius, like it's it's like spiritual genius, it's really strange.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, yeah. I think a lot of the I think a lot of it is propped up too, like um, but yeah, there's there's genius stuff sprinkled in there, and I don't because like for Robert Anton Wilson, for instance, I don't know Crowley as well. I just know about Crowley and all the legends about him, and and a lot of what I've heard, frankly, from Robert Anton Wilson. But like I don't really jive, I and I don't know, right? Like, I I'm not saying I'm I don't believe in evolution, but I don't but but from like the whole like theory that is you know Darwinian sort of thing. I think Vadim says it better anyway, where it's like everything has a goal, it's not survival of the fittest. It's that everything wants to thrive and do well, like it's that's what it wants to do. Trees grow toward the sun, it's a goal, and I think that is more aptly suited, but I but I don't know that we come, you know, that we're like I don't know, I can see the possibility, right? Like, I I don't I don't know though. I'm not gonna go 100% that we're for monkeys or whatever. I would see I could see monkeys and like aliens.
SPEAKER_05Listen, I d if you want to hear some weird stuff. I did a show uh on uh the seven races of man that like uh just put it out uh from uh Manly P. Hall, and he and he talks about the seven races of man as it's it's this alchemical thing where this astral body is melding together with this physical body over millions of years, and there's like pudding sack bodies and the gill cleft bodies. It's crazy sound. It sounds like a nasty, insane science fiction magazine. Well, you you know, uh Amanda called in, she's a biologist, and so I asked her, I said, listen, it is this real? Can this really and and she's like, Yeah, that that could actually work. And I'm thinking, you know, it gets weirder than evolution, right? And and how did that guy, like, how did that guy know all this stuff in his 20s? That's what freaks me out. Ascended Masters, that's what he says in the astral realm. I've not met any ascended masters in the astral realm. I've seen Rorschach symbols flying around trying to shove me back in my body, and I've uh had some pretty strange experiences, but no masters have shown up yet. I'll just say that.
SPEAKER_00That'd be that'd be pretty cool to write home about. I mean, yeah, like how do these guys have such incredibly deep amounts of knowledge about this stuff at such a young age, like Manly P. Hall, too. Like, he wrote like the secret book of all ages when he was in his 20s, from what I understand. But that's insane to me. Like let's talk a little bit about the astral shit. That's cool, man. I you know, that's something that I I know that people will be interested to learn about. I'm certainly interested and have been curious about it, but uh I haven't had the experience yet, but I would like to I'm intrigued.
SPEAKER_05Well, I was I would say that if if if you're it's kind of like uh when you know that you've done acid, right? So do you ever take fake acid? If you ever like people in high school are handing around fake acid and they're like, Oh, it's acid, and you're like, I think I'm tripping, right? Like I'm tripping a little, yeah. Until you get real acid. And then you're like, uh, yeah, this is acid, and you're fighting it for eight hours trying to come back to reality. And so it's the same thing uh for the out-of-body experience. So people that will say, Well, I've astral traveled, and then they start going, it might have been a dream or a lucid dream. I think it was astral traveling. I think we're talking about two different things here, right? So there's remote viewing where you can just imagine stuff in your mind. Then there's astral traveling, which is kind of like you might see figures or projections or have a lucid dream. And then there's when you like. Like in the movie Ghost, when you peel yourself out of your body and start moving around, and you can actually affect physical reality around people, even you know. Um and for some morbid reason I became obsessed with that, like uh seriously obsessed with it, and and managed to do it a few times, and then once I did that, then I just dove as deep as I could into the occult because I it was hooked, you know, on all that stuff. And uh according to Manley P. Hall's book, uh, that that's our next phase of evolution is to separate from not separate, but but learn the arts of separating from our physical body.
SPEAKER_00I mean, it makes sense to me, just the utility, not very practical, I know, but no, I think it is practical, actually. You know, I think there was a movie, it must it might have been in Waking Life where he's talking about how you could get out of your body and check, you know, as like a prehistoric man, is there a saber-toothed tiger out there, right? Yeah, you know, bust out, scope out the scene, you know, is it safe, right? Do those first aid steps and everything, and uh, and then get back in your body and then go out there. So I think there is absolutely a practicality to it. I think I think we've probably lost a lot of um skills and abilities that we've had historically because of the modern way that we live. I mean, I yeah, yeah, sure.
SPEAKER_05And it's just like it's just like magic too, right? So we're we're all uh children of the divine, so our word is very powerful. But just because uh just because we're not practicing or that we become aware of it, right, doesn't mean that we don't do it. So uh we do the same in astral travel, right? So there's practicing aware magicians that are aware of their own, I guess you could call it magic, but it's just the play between spirit and the physical, right? And manifestation. And then the astral, it's the same thing when we dream, we go through these different stages of consciousness through our ethereal body into the lucid states, into the crazy dream states, right? And come back every, you know, we go, do we do this all the time at these different levels? So it's not like we're not doing it, we are. It's the awareness that changes the game, right? So you can become an aware manifestor, magician, or an aware astral traveler, out-of-body person, or you can just live life and your magic is chaotic and all over the place because you're growing in a you know a way that of unawareness, and it's the same thing with like the out-of-body stuff. You can become aware of it and start to like work with it, or you can just whatever, man, let it do its thing, you know. Yeah, it's not the same in the end.
SPEAKER_00I mean, it's pretty trippy, yeah. I I I I agree with that. I think it does all come out the same in the end, but I do think it's pretty cool that we have the option and the ability to do that kind of stuff. What you know, I I've had a lucid dream or two, you know, not not not too many, just I had a few, uh a handful, but never certainly never come out of my body. Now, there was one time where I think I was about to and it fucking scared me, bro. Yeah, I was just like I was just laying in my bed and just like meditating, and I was like kind of on the verge of falling asleep, and then I really felt like a tingly, yeah, and like a kind of whooshy, a little whooshy. I was like, ooh, this feels like I'm about to get launched out of here. And as soon as I felt that start to come on, I was like, nope, and I just like rolled out of air. I was like, no, I got right out. I kind of like threw myself out of bed because it it seemed like a lot. Like what from what you're saying, where it's like there's some people who have an experience where they see some shapes in their head, and then there's other people who get, you know, uh just completely thrown out of their own meat suit and into some other kind of weird world.
SPEAKER_05And the Robert Monroe stuff, he's kind of having these experiences where he's got it's kind of happening to him partly where he's like waking up in the middle of the sleep, and he's kind of on his yeah, like his etheric body sitting there on him on his uh just going, oh uh breathing on him. He don't know what's happening, right? He's wigging out, he's like, damn, I'm freaked he floated above his bed one, right? I mean, he's like he floated above his bed one time and looked down and saw his wife sleep. It was his body, but he's he just saw the body of another dude, and he was like pissed. Man, he's like, Who's in bed with my wife? So that's how unaware we are. Like when the dream state, or when we get out, uh, it's almost like we're observing something else. Um, but yeah, that's true. Like he went through a lot of crazy stuff before he started realizing what was happening.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, he thought he was crazy, and he talked to one of his psychology friends, and his psychology friend was like, Why don't you explore this? Otherwise, because he was thinking, like, there's something wrong with me. You know, he would like wake up and his hand would be like through the floor and stuff, and just like weird things kept happening to him like that. That's what he talks about in the first book, and uh, yeah, it's pretty fascinating because it just kind of seems to have just happened, been happenstance for him. It wasn't anything that he was trying to do, and in fact, probab quite the opposite. He was not wanting to do that. He was like, No, no, I'm a I'm a man of science, right? Like, he was a man of science, too. Where he's like, I can't rationalize this, so it can't be happening. I'm crazy. I think I'm crazy.
SPEAKER_05Brother, I think I think it's so good that like you studied this stuff too, and anybody should like listen or read all three of those books because you you you won't give in to a um I guess a belief system or something, right? Like, because you'll see uh the parallels between all of it uh if you get into the Monroe stuff, right? So it's really it's really good stuff. I haven't found a lot of stuff that's topped it to this day, to be honest. And I and I know there's a lot of people that write books about astral travel and a lot of courses and stuff, and I get it, but I to me Monroe was like the art bell of the astral travel world, you know.
SPEAKER_00I mean, he was the pioneer, he's you know, put it all together and did that, worked with the CIA and the gateway tapes and all that stuff, and the gateway stuff is is awesome. And I I know there's some people who are like maybe a little standoffish toward it because it was developed by the CIA, but um, you know, for me and the experiences that I've had and friends of mine have had have been positive from using those tapes.
SPEAKER_05There, there's actually, if you start if you look into this enough, the so Thomas Campbell, right? Thomas Campbell was the NASA physicist.
SPEAKER_00That dude's awesome, yeah. Thomas the my big toe, right?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, right, yeah. And I've talked to him like two or three times on the show, and he made this real clear to me. He said they developed this hemisync thing before the government got involved. And this is how the government does their programs, they already had it the whole thing worked out, the whole experience, and as soon as they started doing it, and people were reporting that they were having extra sensory or out-of-body experiences, it got the government's attention. So when they got a hold of Ingo Swan and started doing all this other stuff with remote viewing, they decided to try, you know, experiment with this too. So, I mean, and if any of you were to do the same things and people were like, Oh, yeah, it works or whatever, and it it blew up and became viral. And in the 70s, like the viral being viral is not easy to do in the 70s, right? So uh you're going to get the government's attention, you know. They don't care how many people are on the internet talking, but if you're doing stuff that's like rattling people's lives like that, they're gonna they're gonna get involved. There's there's nothing you can do about it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's kind of like, oh, what a great discovery, that's mine now, you know. Like we are gonna take that now, and that's kind of what I was talking about at the top of the show, where you know, it's like I want to do something, and it just man, we're building this infrastructure and continue to in any way that we can get out of our bodies, get out of the regular routine things that we use, try different apps, use Jitsi instead of Zoom. I don't know. I'm just throwing some BS out there because I'm never heard. Is that a new one? Jitsi, yeah, Jitsi J-I-T-S-I. It's just like Zoom, but it's free and it's in supposedly encrypted. Um yeah, um, I don't know. There's I I looked up a bunch of different alternatives today, you know, and I'm still using Google stuff, but I'm trying to wean myself off a little bit at a time and do whatever I can. I don't know. I don't mean to be honest.
SPEAKER_05Well, I I think we should take the worry out of this. I mean, I'm not saying lay down and be a nihilist, right? Like have some moral fortitude and like fertitude, that's not a word fortitude.
SPEAKER_00Moral fortitude.
SPEAKER_05Have some have some fertitude. Right, have some have some moral fortitude, right? And like uh live your life and stand up for what you believe in, but take the fear out of it, man. Like, there's nothing that's going to change the alchemical process of consciousness. It's it's inevitable, right? Like, I personally believe that you you can't fight nature and the cosmos. I don't care how smart the CIA thinks they are, so it's not gonna change anything. Like, watch me, dude.
SPEAKER_00You want to watch are they really gonna be able to hyper map DMT reality space?
SPEAKER_05Like, what the try, you know, because they want power, of course, they're gonna try, which is the same reason why they attach themselves to smoke. All of these cultists back in the day, right? They did the same thing, right? They attach themselves to John D and all these other guys. Well, he's got power, come over here, and you know, it's like uh it's not gonna matter though.
SPEAKER_00People are smoking DMT and they go in there, and Hillary Clinton's just like J. Edgar Hoover's just waiting on you. Yeah, oh my god. Yeah, what a nightmare.
SPEAKER_05I mean, they're always there's always gonna be power hungry people, dude. So they can't they're usually behind, anyways, when it spiritually, I would say they really are behind spiritually.
SPEAKER_00That's the thing about it because they're trying to control from the outside, you know. If we take and I would show it, but uh we've been copyright in trouble for it a few times for showing uh David Hawkins, showing the truth for showing yeah, they don't like the David Hawkins' map of consciousness, power versus force. You know, the higher parts of it are like all these beautiful things, reason and temperance and unconditional love. And and you know, at the top we've got just un un undefined bliss, and then on the the lower half of the consciousness scale is all the fear stuff, you know, control and manipulation and all that stuff, and it's all external, you know what I'm saying? It's all like I'm gonna I'm gonna get so-and-so to do this to you, and then blah blah blah, and then yeah, and then you're gonna be mad and some shit, you know, some stupid plan like that, some petty. But when we work from the inside out, that's when there's actually really is leverage. So these folks that are coming from that frame, they're not really working with anything, but they're just making a mess.
SPEAKER_05It's just yeah, trying to put it in a machine. Like, I'm gonna hook this, you know. Uh it's crazy, man. I'm gonna hook this neural link umbilical cord into my brain, and eventually we're gonna transfer consciousness. And okay, well, maybe, but you don't know what dark matter is, you don't know what consciousness is. Uh the neuroscientists out there, and you know, like neurosurgeons still don't know what's going on. So I don't know why you think you maybe uh there's some there is some science, like they they have stuff that they can see, but it's not clear, right? It's not they're not even close, man. And by the time we do get close, it's I don't think it's gonna be like the terminator. Yeah, I think we'll be fine. I think we're gonna be all right. We'll be ahead of the game.
SPEAKER_00I believe I believe it too. I mean, I was just listening to some rambling podcast guy. I don't I can't remember who it was, but it was awesome. And he was just talking about how we're just living in the past, the future's already happened. We've already it's all happened already, you know. And uh, and and as we say that, I think someone just may have quantum leapt into the waiting room as we're talking about. I think we got uh Admiral Hits who just popped in right now. I'm gonna I'm gonna bring him into the stream. What's up, my man?
SPEAKER_04Hey, thanks for coming. Certainly, what's going on, Joe?
SPEAKER_05What's happening, brother?
SPEAKER_04Oh, you know, just uh Tuesday night. I came right in for dark matter, and and uh hey, you know, you you know, where I sit on that is it's all happening all the time all at once. Like it's not it's not linear, it just is. It's one big now.
SPEAKER_05Yeah. Well, I think uh yeah, I mean that's time is who said that? I think it was Dolores Cannon that she said she talked to some like entities that were telling her that only humans would come up with this whole structure that we built around reality called time that's not even a real thing.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, that's definitely fabricated. There's there's duration. There's a guy named Ron Ron Mallet. He um he's a PhD out in Yukon. His his his uh his he's his big what's um when the when the uh he's his big thing is time travel. So he had he had to become like uh that's next.
SPEAKER_05That's what we gotta do next.
SPEAKER_04That's what I was listening to that dude about earlier. Yeah, so he he came and did a talk, and I kind of cornered him, and I made him, and and I got him to admit that there wasn't no such thing as time, that there was duration. There's duration between points. Yeah time is a fabrication of incrementally creating segments in between that duration so that you can measure it.
SPEAKER_05Well, I mean, it's space and time are supposedly the same thing, right? So that makes sense, you know, uh geometrically, anyways. It makes a lot of sense. So I don't uh well I mean space like distance, you know, distance and time are somewhere the same thing. Um, I can tell like whatever if time doesn't exist. I then but how do I explain the gray hair thing? That is that duration that's tea libraries, man. I'm getting these little gray pricklies coming out, so it must be duration, you know. Yeah, that's awesome.
SPEAKER_00We got we got somebody in the chat here, uh, our friend PK. What does Joe think about Carlos? The Carlos Castaneda books.
SPEAKER_05I think they're amazing. I think it's uh the Carlos Castaneda books uh are so to me, he's always been like a philosopher, like what we would call a philosopher, more more modern than I would say, like you know, Socrates or whatever, but philosophy is always um moved. Philosophy is the fringers, right? Without fringers, without people asking the tough questions or searching for truth or seeing both sides of every equation or searching for say the rules of like enlightenment or things like that, we would not evolve without people like Castaneda, right? So yeah, I love Carlos Castaneda. I mean, how can you not, right? How can you not? And I have to and I still learn like I'll go back, same thing with Robert Monroe. I've listened to these books like 20 times, and every time I go back and listen, I learn something that my ADD brain missed, a concept that I didn't think about, you know.
SPEAKER_04So hey, you know, every one of the these philosophers that you know are have have a big part in in you know history and and evolution of our thinking. You know, every single person is a product of all you touch, all you see is all your life will ever be. So, you know, everybody's got a little bit of blind spots, you know, and it's it's keep on building on the last person's work and ideas until you can, you know bring forth a very solid and concrete position. You know, it's like you're not a lot of times, you know, it'll be three generations from now that will take one of our ideas and really solidify it to a to a true point, you know, because like you just a lot of hypothesis and theory and and uh ideas or lack of the proper words to define what your thought is to articulate it too. You know, a lot of times I've had experiences that were so profound that I understand something in my total core, but there's no way to truly verbalize it for you to understand what I you know what I went through or whatever. So, you know, it's like there's I feel like everybody's kind of got their thumb on the pulse of something when they're really in it. Um, but it takes a long time.
SPEAKER_05If if you've ever lived like don't ever like what's yours what you're saying right there, like don't ever think, no matter who you are, that if you was to write an autobiography of your life story, let's say you lived 40 years, if you made it to 40, dude, you've been through some shit. I don't care what if you wrote a real good autobiography, and you were and you were really open and intimate enough with your lit your readers, it could be a bestseller, and that's for every human. So, like I think we all have that capability to do that. It's just that how much protection and how much beliefs do you have that are that you're holding on to, and how much fear do you have that keeps you from doing these things? I guarantee if Owen wrote an autobiography and he was like open about everything and just put it on Audible, it'd be amazing, right? It would be probably pretty crazy. It's because something that seems mundane to us could really relate to someone else, you know. This is why I told you going circling back why I love radio, because radio was mainly about storytelling, you know, or people's weird experiences like Mel's Hole or the dude that flew over Area 51 or or something like that, or when people used to like let their ice cream melt in their car because they didn't want to go inside because they didn't want to miss what was on the air, right? But I think right now we are we are in this like day and age where everybody's trying to figure out the truth, so there's a lot of philosophy brewing. So I'm betting we're about to merge all this with the storytelling, you know. I see that happening already, actually.
SPEAKER_00I love that, yeah. Um, James Joe was talking a little bit about how he's been trying some different things and more creative stuff, and I think I think that's really what it's about. Like, don't we I I feel like we learn these crafts so that I don't know, I guess everybody's got a different goal, but you know, we might learn a craft like storytelling to get our point across, or you know, or whatever that is, like painting, right? Like you were inspired by something and you wanted to somehow transfer or translate that or try to communicate it in a way that somebody else can understand or comment exactly, definitely for sure. All all of the all of the things, and so to be able to package them in a way that translates is the the ultimate goal as an artist, you know, is to actually get that, or maybe it's just you know, maybe maybe you have a different goal, and that's not what is it you're trying to do, but all of that winds up being creative, it always winds up being something that is well, I mean, it's like you said, like writing a book, you know, or and anyone has that capability, you know. We just need to be able to focus on our particular way to harness that and what to put it into, you know what I mean?
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yeah, man. Yeah, yeah, yeah. There you go, man. Find your medium, you know, whether it's economy, radio, um beating on a symbol, you know, whatever it is, right? Like shaman stuff. I mean you're trying to, I think we're all that's how we connect to people. It's like, hey man, I had this experience, I don't know how to relate this whole thing to you, but I might be able to express it through art, or I might be able to build something around it to give you the same experience so so that you can go, whoa, right? And then that's that's kind of how we connect, and that's how we grow. But I mean, everybody's doing it through the internet now, so it's uh it's anybody's game, right? And which is even a more beautiful thing. So everybody has the the opportunity to be a freaking artist or creator. And I see these guys like selling NFTs for hundreds of thousands of bucks. Just some dude like sticking his thumb and his butt or something, takes a picture, puts it up there, and it's like, man, that's beautiful art, right? And they just give them uh a bunch of money, right? Like But what it doesn't seem magical, but the guy that's that was willing to just do something like that and express himself gets rewarded nowadays. Well, by definition, old beliefs from you know the nuclear age and 19, whatever, and you're trying to keep forcing them on us right now. I'm telling you, you're way behind, man. Like it's time to manifest, it's time to get going.
SPEAKER_04Well, by definition, anything you create is magic, you know. I mean, you're just you're you're purposing resources and and um finitely focusing energy on something, and it and it becomes right.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, we only call it magic because we can't see the we can't see it, we can't see this the so-called science or the website behind it that's doing it.
SPEAKER_00We can't the mechanism, yeah. The mechanism is the mechanism, right? So don't they yeah, don't they define magic as I'm I'm probably butcher this, but I've heard people define it something like magic is the ability to create, like to have something happen in reality that you thought of, basically, yeah, it's to create through your will.
SPEAKER_05Okay and understanding that your will is different than your desire. Well, focusing energy, will is yeah, will is something entirely different than than your desire. Like if I desire money or a new car or whatever, the will is the thing that's behind it. The will is in your heart. So when you get in line with your heart, then you'll know why you want the money in the car and all this other stuff. Oh well, is it because you want to get laid? And then why do you want to get laid? Is it because you want love in your life, really? So, did you think you know, so you have to get in line with, or maybe just whatever, like whatever your thing is, right? But you have to get in line with your will, and so the magician takes you through the elements and theurgy and the operations of the moon or the illusion, right? To deprogram you, not to empower you, but so that you remember who you are in a sense, spiritually, right? That you can manifest through your will, and then then it gets into the alchemy stuff, which we're I'm on the tip there, right? I'm riding the edge, it's pretty chaotic.
SPEAKER_00Well, what's what's alchemy? Can you give us a quick definition?
SPEAKER_05Transmutation into the higher self, it's a surrendering to the higher self. Basically, there's lots of different forms of alchemy, but a higher truth works on many different levels. And alchemy is one of the first things that teaches you this. So physically, uh, you can do puffer alchemy and work with chemicals and stuff and during certain alignments, you can do certain theor uh theurgical operations, you can combine the two during certain alignments, you can do spiritual alchemy if you want, and just simply study the seven stages. And if you want to put the astrological energies in there, you can do that too. But what you begin to understand is these energies, these stages happen in everything, right? So this is why they call it the operation of the sun, because the sun is learning just how powerful you are. Once you're in that figure eight total balanced alignment with spirit and matter, right? When you realize that uh you ever seen that picture, like the what is it called? The aura borealis, not the aura borealis, but the aura boros, yeah, you know, and he's eating his tail, right? Why is he eating his tail? Because he's under the separ, he's under the illusion that the poles are separate, that that black tail is separate, and if he can just conquer his shadow by eating it, that one day he'll conquer something. But what he's learning the more he eats his shadow, that there is no separation, you see. So until you get like out of that process and that the operation of the moon, the shadow work, then you can start the stages of alchemy. And that's where the that's where all the Buddhist suffering stuff comes from, too, you know. All the you know, suffering.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, the suffering is like, ow, this hurts. Ow! Ow. You know, he's biting down on his own. I thought he was just hungry, but that makes sense.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, there's there's separation, is is um is is an illusion. It is the illusion, right? Without separation, we create nothing, we're all just one thing, you know. We need the separation for the illusion so that we can create and play this game. Yeah, fun, isn't it?
SPEAKER_00It's a fun game, yeah. It's definitely had lots of peaks and valleys.
SPEAKER_04I got 10,000 points this month.
SPEAKER_05Well, it wouldn't be cool if you look if you remember that game Zelda, right? Like or um, well, no, no, Zelda in Final Fantasy. So if you lived your life, it's like, okay, you don't have to think about it as the element, but you could say, all right, here's here's my earth element, and in a video game, it shows the little coins on the screen, right? And the health meter, and and then here's my passion and heart meter, here's my all my stuff, and then you go back to the back menu and you got all your weapons and all your stuff. It's no different than doing that, right? When you go through the elements, you start seeing, oh, I gotta play this game with myself and learn who I am and use it in the world. You see what I mean? It's not any different than a video game.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, I mean, they're all just uh fragments to teach you from you, essentially. All those archetypes are, you know, it's like uh yeah, yeah.
SPEAKER_05What do you do in Zelda, right? Like if you don't have any money, if you run out of coins, you go kill stuff. You just it's a numbers thing, right? You just you can either do a mod, find a quick way to do it, or you gotta just keep going around and collecting coins and work, right? Yeah, it's no different here. Like you can find a formula to get a bunch of coins, but you know it's still a numbers game. You could just adventure and eventually you'll work and collect your coins, right? It's no different, you know. Same thing with the little health meters. Well, if you I mean it's just it is practical if you think about it.
SPEAKER_04So we're just trying to visualize that, you know, to create more of a game. You know, it's like we we have all these meters inside of us with you know that we're not aware of that come out in you know emotional uh out outputs, you know. It's like you wake up and feel tired or terrible or sad, you know, your meters way down, and but you know, you're aware of that in the in the game you're physically playing in life, but you know, you're separate from that character that you're controlling. So you need you need those meters to to give you an idea, like, oh he's not feeling good, right?
SPEAKER_05But yeah, and then when you come to death, the fear of death, then you're like, oh fuck it, I'll respawn, you know. I'll just hit reset, right? But you actually have to conquer the fear of death first, which is that's the only thing that separates life from the video game.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, well, it's a model, right?
SPEAKER_05It's uh you don't know that you respawn, and you know, you know what I'm saying? Like you don't really know you're you you still have an unconscious program. It's like this is it, man. This is it, this is all you got, you know. And then uh you don't know what happens after you die, so very cats going crazy. I don't know if you can hear that, but sorry.
SPEAKER_00Well, there's theories about what happens when you die.
SPEAKER_05There's lots of theories, yeah.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's interesting. I'm always curious about that.
SPEAKER_05Monroe took uh uh dude, he ran into nine different people that had nine different things. Like one guy thought he was Satan to take him to take him to hell, uh, you know, and another person was like thought he was his brother, or and then another person just was this random dude that was stuck between worlds. And I mean, even after all of Monroe's explorations, he still never clearly defined what happens after you die or where you go and all the stuff. He couldn't define it really.
SPEAKER_04Well, I mean, if you die before you die, then when you die, you don't die. Hold on, hold on.
SPEAKER_07That's uh what did he say?
SPEAKER_04I said if you die before you die, then you don't die when you die because you understand the concept, you've broken the veil of of the the fear of what it means to be separate, right? And so, like um there was a certain before I had a couple of really profound plant medicine experiences, um, there was definitely a certain amount of like I gotta get this done before I die, kind of angst, right? And then I had these experiences where I was like, oh shit, I am it, I am everything, right? And and like that that fear and that that angst dissipated because I was just aware that man, it's it's just a game, yeah. Yeah, just playing a game, playing a very intricate game.
SPEAKER_05And uh well, you came back to your body though, didn't you?
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah, oh yeah, I certainly did. But I saw what was going on way past did you know all of that.
SPEAKER_05Oh yeah, you didn't see any blue chickens or federations, did you?
SPEAKER_04No, no, no, no. It was it was um, you know, I was basically in a uh outer body state. Yeah, I can't even you know, like I mean I was definitely in some kind of um outside dimension.
SPEAKER_05No offense to anybody that's seen any blue chickens.
SPEAKER_04I just uh I think that's a you know I mean yeah, I did I had an entity and I actually didn't even make contact with the entity. Um, but it like it really it ripped like all my trauma away from me and showed me my whole timeline, and and you know, yeah, man.
SPEAKER_05A lot of people talk about that, have ayahuasca experiences. I just got off the a one-on-one session with a guy the other day that was talking about that, you know, like he's struggled with addiction his whole life and pretty much went through some dark shadow stuff with addiction, and uh his plant medicine experience showed him all kinds of stuff, like it ripped. I mean, that's a blessing, man. Uh, I personally uh am a little afraid of the puking and shit and thing to get to that point, but I'll I mean that has a lot to do with purging, and like you could do something too.
SPEAKER_04Like uh instead of doing ayahuasca, you could do Wachuma.
SPEAKER_07So Wachuma is like the cactus.
SPEAKER_04So ayahuasca, uh I is the mother, and Wachuma is the grandfather, and so Wachuma translates to out of um it's heart medicine, it's out of mind. Whereas uh you know, ayahuasca too, is like there's stuff that goes on with you have to change your diet, and there's M AoIs involved and things like that. So you you know, if you were to like eat dairy and then take ayahuasca, that would fuck you up, right? And so, like, there's there's an entire diet process, which actually I'm gonna start in like five days, um, because we're gonna do a ceremony at the beginning of next month. Um you know, it's like and no salt, no sugar, no no, you know, cannabis, no uh no um fats, no butter. Yeah, you know, like uh I think those things are more like in the final week, but like you shouldn't be eating red meat, um, no pork. Um and it's just you you basically clean yourself up, but you know, there's a lot of people who are purging, they're purging shit they need to purge. They probably got parasites in in them and things like that, and uh you know the I the I will re will kill those parasites. Like there's definitely a whole process of purging that it's necessary, and depending on where you are and your you know your health journey and things like that, emotional and physical. Yeah, I mean some people gotta go in there and well.
SPEAKER_05I mean, I've done I've done DMT, I've done like I've had not the same thing, man. Not the same thing, but I've had my own transmutational experiences. I mean, I don't I don't so just like I'm gonna you know, like even now in the spiritual world, like sometimes it feels I'm like I'm at a college party, and everybody's like, Oh man, just do it, dude. Just do it, man. You know, like well here's the thing inside part of me is like, no, you know, I figured it out.
SPEAKER_04I figured so do it during my Wachuma ceremony, last Wachuma ceremony. Like, I literally the shaman was fucking amazing, right? And like I literally watched him wield magic. Now, the problem is with things like masculine and DMT, is they are without the plant spirit, and so this is what natural medicine got has been destroyed through the pharmaceutical and science, is because they honored spirit and the plant spirit, and and farm like science took the plant spirit out. There's no good no god, there's no honoring the spirit, they took the astrology out of it too.
SPEAKER_07Yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_04And so now if you have these people in in laboratories that are like, Well, we tried natural medicine and in the laboratory it didn't work. Well, that's because your motherfuckers stripped you made a chemical, you made a chemical from these concentrate, so it's the same thing. It's like when you talk about um coca or you talk about opium, and then you go on the other hand to like heroin and cocaine, those are concentrates from the plants. The plant spirit has been removed, and it's the same thing with dabs with marijuana or cannabis. It's like once you start stripping and concentrating and you remove the plant spirit, you have a shell, an inverted concept of what that drug is. Yeah, and I've personally had some amazing experiences on DMT, but I can tell you, and and I've taken masculine before, but the difference between my masculine trips and and Wachuma ceremony is a fucking world of difference because you're actually sitting in a magic circle with the shaman who's communicating with the plant spirit, you're creating an intention, you're under protection, and you are uh are literally that you ingest this plant spirit who's now communicating with this shaman the healing that you're asking for. When you just fucking take some DMT and yeah, you go, you uh hit the eighth dimension, and where the shot Kashic records, that's where I really think you go, and you see the record keepers and they're showing you all this shit, and you feel all these things, and and you're having like this like experience where you're like, Wow, this I fucking went someplace. That's way different than ingesting some ayahuasca in ceremony in protection and the negotiating the thing that you're trying to move past, and so and so yeah, I mean, I I I like you know those you know, masculine and dmt. I don't really do them though anymore because after going through ceremony and understanding they're just stripped down inverted and uh inverted um capacities of what the original is from the plant spirit, and so you know, it's just like you know, those things exist, I've done them, they have their place, but by no means is it the same thing, and like you know, and and so you know I everybody uh I with all psychedelic experience of psychedelics, I tell people, you know, you're gonna have the experience that you're meant to have, not the experience you want to have, right?
SPEAKER_05And so, like sometimes, um as long as you aren't like pinning people down, pulling their pants down and injecting it into their butt.
SPEAKER_04Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You know, no, that's uh but you know, I definitely uh after after I had a profound, profound vision where I literally saw the the shaman working with the span plant spirits, literally negotiating all the healing to all the people in the room, and I was like, damn man, I took some fucking masculine before I took some uh uh Wachuma or it was uh San Pedro Perubian torch, and it was cool, man. I was at this like retreat and it was super trivy, and like everybody like I was like really connected with the four people I was hanging out with, but it wasn't the same thing, you know.
SPEAKER_05It's like everybody's got their everybody's got their thing, man. You know, I mean I'm an Aries dude, I'll try anything once. I'm like Mikey, you know, I'll try everything once, but I got my thing, you got yours. We all got a thing, you know, that gets us to where we want to go. So um, it is what it is, you know.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I mean, if you can bust out of your skin cage any old time you like, that's pretty rad. I mean, you don't need to sound like a country so you drugs in your beehole, you know, or whatever, you know what I mean? Yeah, I don't mean to be graphic, I apologize, but I'm just no I like the idea of not having to use, and obviously no one is con you know is saying to do to do anything. Um, but yeah, without we get but you just bro, do what you're gonna do. Uh yeah, stop anybody from doing what they want to do, really.
SPEAKER_05Exactly. Do whatever you want to do, man. I used to do what you want to do.
SPEAKER_04I used to uh you know be like, man, fuck that. I don't need no shaman, I don't need a trip babysitter, right? It's like I literally thought that that was some bullshit, right? Until I literally saw the whole thing and felt the whole thing come together. Um, you know, it's like I wouldn't need a babysitter. Like I guarantee you, you know, that would be a baby, I would need one. But to leave your skin, so for and say I had an experience once where uh I was in a relationship with this girl, and uh I I I got really, really, really spun. And uh I I kind of like I didn't collapse, but I decided gravity was taking its full effect and I was no longer gonna fight it, right? So I I sprawl out on the grass and I lay down and I'm looking in the grass and I look over at this piece of grass and I'm like amazed at it. And then all of a sudden I realize I'm looking at me as a human being as a piece as the piece of grass that I was just looking at, right? And so now I'm looking on this piece of grass, completely conscious of the entity that is myself, the physical entity that's myself, and I'm looking at myself as a human, and then I realize holy shit, I am everything. And I fucking shot out of my body, and I literally experienced two years or three years of everything I said to this girl from from not my perspective, but from her perspective. And I felt everything that she felt, and even when there's times where I wasn't being mean or trying to be mean, but I'm just like on fire, like I could feel all these experiences that she was feeling from my fucking my crazy, like um super powerful presence, right? And so like I came out of that thing, and uh I completely was like, Holy shit, I didn't you know I didn't know you feel that way when I'm talking and interacting.
SPEAKER_05Yeah, yeah, but we had we had I was like out of your own perception, and yeah, yeah, exactly.
SPEAKER_04And I completely lived like you know, whatever, two or three years. I mean, it was literally everything I ever fucking said to her, right? Good and bad, and even the and some of the good things, it's like my excitement and shit would fucking turn wound up, and I was like literally experiencing all the things she was experiencing when dealing with me, and it was like, holy shit. And at that point, I still didn't, I was still an atheist at that point. I was like, man, that weird, that weird little chip thing happened to me, but like yeah, looking back at that, it was so profound. Um you know, to be able to have that experience and and to be able to experience myself not only as a piece of my human self, looking at it from a piece of grass, but also from her perspective was absolutely my that's mind-numbing. I still think back to that experience, and like, holy shit, like it's one of the most humbling things I think I ever ever went through because I I was just me and me, I didn't realize how impactful my energy was, you know.
SPEAKER_05And that folks is storytelling.
SPEAKER_00That's right, that's right. Yeah, we were talking a little bit about that earlier, uh, as well. And just how all these things all fold together, man. You know, you can make the most impact with that, you know, because if you're like, hey man, you should try some drugs, or if you tell me that story, I'm gonna be way more compelled.
SPEAKER_04Well, I never advocate, you know, I I I I don't advocate people to do to necessarily do things like you know, like you should do whatever you do, you know, with the proper um intel, with the proper research, with you know, set and setting, all the things, you know, like really put some energy and effort into you know an experience.
SPEAKER_05Bro, I I I've heard people that are like I got this podcast we're producing that does that had you. they they're talking about their masculine not masculine but uh ketamine experiences right and i thought okay but the more they started talking about their ketamine experiences it sounded uh it's it you know like you gotta hear the story you can't just say oh like it this is the one thing I hate about uh it well I don't say hate but it pisses me off because I've I've heard some other talk shows are like yo shamans and people that are uh do psychedelics they're just trying to find reasons to get high because they can't get high on stuff anymore and da da da and uh I disagree man I I totally disagree with that shit because like some of these ketamine experiences I've heard are just as good as the the DMT experiences or even the ayahuasca experiences or the same damn things that happen to people that have to really do a lot of trance and focus and like work to get out of body if not more so it all leads to the same place and if people are having spiritual experiences you should leave them alone and let them do their thing you don't have to like judge them for it all the time you know yeah you know it's like uh that's you know that basically you're just adjusting a crystal that's communicating with the you know the universe you know like you're you're having and like you know there's really isn't one communicating device on this planet that doesn't operate on quartz crystals but will you know what is what is an MDMA what is LSD what what is masculine and dmt they're all crystals right so but I can also remember communicating what I was smarter than I could also remember a day though like when I was smarter than my phone yeah me too this is a different day and age it wasn't that long ago but I was dude 2013 I still had a flip phone did you it's only been 10 years now it's 2023 so yeah I didn't get a I didn't get a smartphone until like late 2013 2017 for me that's probably a good thing I mean even still dude like I you know it's only been this long and look how far we've slid yeah yeah I used to know every single phone number I needed in my life memorize my entire schedule everything and now it's all outsourced and and you know there is a a a thing you know there is something to be said about not holding on to information and data that you don't necessarily need I mean it sucks needing something else for that but to outsource that so you're not cluttering your brain I mean there is a certain element of um assistance there that I know I you know I'm not ready to just knock off but like you know I try to I try to leak leave that fucker in the other room a lot until I absolutely need it yeah uh well you know um yeah I mean it is whatever whatever you want to do to everything's everything's spiritual let's just be honest like it it all is yeah man made what is that yeah right what is that man made 100% natural really like everything else dude like how is it organic okay yeah it's all the will of the one man it's uh like it's all created like it's all very intricate and that's you know it's like that's what I really saw when I saw the hook my whole timeline I saw and all the people that hurt me throughout my life were just playing a certain role to bring me to this healing because if you come here and you're not you haven't set up all these intricate um obstacles then you just be spirit and you'd be on vacation right and so like oh um so this just did you're right Jonesboro is the storytelling capital of the world in the oldest town in Tennessee wow dude you got as an assistant handing you flashcards what the hell did that start right to me like uh going off yeah you know uh just exploring the mind is trippy enough I remember when I got into like Liam's book um uh Kabbalah magic and the great work of self-transformation when you're going through the air element like he would have you do these exercises he's like listen uh um I I think it was air but it's been a minute since I read the book but he'd have you do these exercises like he'd literally want you to go out and not say the word I or make anything about you for like months right don't talk about yourself don't say the word I keep projecting sentences back onto other people and what he was doing was showing you the illusion of how like the ego works and all this stuff and uh all the symbols would unlock it in your unconscious when you created the magical tools and the reason why that worked for me is because I I have ADD right like I I was I'm a dysfunctional redneck and I have ADD and it's caused havoc in my life so magic in a sense it wasn't really for me as much as it was transcendence as it was more about bringing structure to my life right and bringing uh an ability to get somewhere in my life right um and it showed me what faith was really all about too so other than that like I don't I'm not exactly sure that my goal at this point is to go to the very top of reality and see all of reality and the whole truth about everything or even tell anybody that I believe that you know which is what uh lighting the void was all about but that show will never retire but we're about to move into something else it'll still hang around though I love that you got you're doing like music I think that's fun I would love to come and do a DJ guest set sometime if I could dude bro bring it on man like that's what we're opening we're opening up the the music and the talk kind of thing so you got the masculine and feminine play of the art and the logic and all this shit so I'm trying to essentially turn the creation into one big uh magic ritual right but uh if you know how to do a really good cool radio show you can do both Wolfman was Wolfman Jack a talk show host or a music host some say he was a DJ some say he was a talk host you know so I don't know I but if you want to DJ it up bro come on over we got we got airtime we got spots I'm so passionate about music every I I was such a snob about music when I was making it but since I quit I just fucking love it so much I I just know how much goes into it now too you know I mean I made and produced a couple records and good God man like I bet it was badass huh I mean some of it's alright man I produced I produced uh a gong CD and I listened to that thing four times a day for six months to to get it right right yeah and uh wow that you know that was a lot of work and there's probably not as much as making a movie but it's definitely a lot of work amazing we should video more when we go to Shasta man we should I'm bringing my I'm bringing my camera this time for sure that place looks so freaking sick it's got like levels to it yeah it's gonna be cool yeah someone said in your chat why don't you just decide you're gonna have an amazing experience Joe like look listen I say that to myself every morning I wake up I don't have to go to Shasta to have an amazing experience I mean if you mean like a uh see a Bigfoot or a UFO like hey if it happens it happens right but I think what ends up happening is uh we want to have those experiences so bad or we say that we're going to that we might look at a cloud or a light cluster and say look there it is the validating the unconscious so to speak so I'm open for any amazing experience uh and I'm ready for it trust me to see me out my feet hit the floor yeah you see me out there at the airport and you're like the Sasquatch there he is I knew it was a little look look look they brushed up against the tree you know throwing yourself all stuff like man that's eight foot tall there's no animal that can do that that had to have been a bigfoot you know I've heard it all definitely some a crazy sky action out there but I promise you if I see a big foot you're gonna know you're going to know I am stoked I would love that yeah we might go do some pipe like tube I think tube not pipe tube tube hiking tube hiking tubes yeah tubes yeah that's what's tube hiking there's like these lava tubes into yeah oh on Shasta yeah around there yeah oh wow I mean that that is an old volcano yeah that's if I'm that's what I was thinking of maybe I should leave the magic ritual stuff towards the end because I don't want to do it at first and run everybody the hell out of there you know isolate myself I'll just bomb I'll just bomb first yeah you ain't gonna do that you ain't gonna do that no no as long as what don't happen what happened last time dude I I can't that cured me of cannabis that I'm done you know man I've been I haven't smoked cannabis in uh well over it's been over a month and a half just these those boys are professionals yeah no we're gonna have a great time dude I'm stoked that place is it's gorgeous and uh yeah I mean I don't know I don't know if we'll see a big foot or whatever I'm down I'm definitely down to see a big foot I you'll probably more likely see like stuff in the sky than a big alien stuff is dope too like yeah that's cool I just think it's important that we all stay together so nobody like disappears because there's too many disappearing stories out there so yeah I think I think they're all gonna be I think they're all gonna be good I lived at in a national forest at the base of Shasta for for three months and uh camping and uh no no weird entities ever came into camp and did anything but we saw a lot of cool like a lot of cool shit in the sky you know there's still tickets left right they still have tickets to sell left or are they all sold out I think there's a few left dude you should go yeah y'all should come whoever's in the chat like you should come on come hang out with me and Owen and are you going James I will probably not be be going that's uh it's actually the same weekend as my my uh you should just trash it dude bring your spaceship and just like just you gotta get in you gotta get in the spaceship Joe we gotta we gotta make that happen that's that's a 2023 thing for sure we're gonna set it up on the beach or something come down for sure come on with it when the beach the the we have to go down the roadways because the hurricanes practically sucked the beach away but it's coming back I'm sure we can find someplace cool yeah for sure yeah that's cool man I was glad to be on blue collar mystics like this is one of my favorite podcasts so thank you hell yeah dude I love having you on I love uh it's just really cool how we kind of got linked up and and we have hit it off since the beginning you know it was pretty cool how all this just kind of magically happened well the coolest people I met obviously you guys you know um Amanda introduced me to you and then Anthony and other people because um she was a big listener of the show too and I think I I feel like certain people that listen to the show kind of do know you and others well she did and she's like well you you gotta meet this Owen Hunt guy he's just like you and he's cool and he believes all the same same stuff that you do and you know she said the same thing about Anthony and uh stuff started kind of like coming together after that so you know stoked I was like I'm on the radio okay I was so stoked man I called my mom I was like mom you gotta listen it's like kind of like Coast to Coast and my uncle listened to Coast to Coast back in the day and stuff so he he was all stoked and I you know it's amazing how many people have a taste for this kind of thought or ideas right like people that you wouldn't have otherwise thought who are interested in some pretty magical or woo-woo spiritual whatever you want to call it aliens time traveling you know whatever altered consciousness kind of stuff but it's a it's awesome it's I think you're right when you're saying like the people are really thirsty for the truth like yeah man yeah yeah yeah more than more than I can remember either thirsty for it or afraid of it one of the two I ain't figured that out yet but I'm both you know Frank I I think it's all the same really right like uh we was just watching that movie Can't Hardly Wait you remember those guys are sitting up on the roof and they they had those things on their shirt says don't trust anyone and they're standing up there they're like that's a UFO right there there goes another one right like they might have seen ufo's because they were truth seeking back in high school while everybody was downstairs getting hammered you know so that just just because you also fear something and you want to know and you want the comfort of the truth there's absolutely nothing wrong with that either right so I just think the the most important thing is to be open about it as open and honest as possible about you know why you're doing the things that you're doing. And that's really what will set your will strong you know I think in my opinion I like that you know I've never really thought about the will being from the heart but that makes the most sense to me you know it goes with kind of what I've kind of the operating manual that I have in my head you know uh but I had never really thought of it that way that makes 100% yeah because your your will isn't really your mind it's right it's your soul right saying I'm not gonna do this or I desire this I will do this or I will not do this right like that is the heart for sure 100% that's the heart yeah it's okay to like say to the to a universe like hey I want to know the truth because I'm a I'm I'm afraid of this this or that and I want to know but also think it would be pretty cool to have this experience or or whatever and the more authentic you're being with yourself uh I think the more your will sets itself apart from everything and starts doing its job you know you know all my most profound uh revelations and experiences always came when I wasn't seeking yeah when I literally just get smacked in the face with like these profound truths and yeah and just exactly being present and and then all of a sudden you know like I sneak up on myself like all right here you go gonna get a break the fourth wall yeah but bro like I mean let's be real I've I've okay so when I was working in construction I'll tell you a little story the the first out of body experience I ever heard about anybody having was a painter right and uh when I was working with my dad my dad was so anti-drug but he'd get high on some lacquer real quick doing a cab and it you know it would be like an amazing experience but uh one day we were doing this pool and uh we were putting up rolling epoxy on a swimming pool and this guy this crazy old guy was working with us because we always had helpers or he had helpers and and I heard just heard this plop right and I looked over and he just passed out dude and just his roller went across the wall and he passed out and I ran over there and I helped him up and he wasn't wearing a respirator and he came over to me and he was all shaking and he looked at me crazy and he goes you know when you look to the right and you can see yourself about 30 yards away roll in that swimming pool that's when you better start worrying right and I'm thinking holy hell dude like this dude like had an out of body experience from paint fumes right so it don't really take anything to get out of body if you want to mess with stuff right don't paint it was way too dumb to lie I have to say this don't and uh but even then like honestly even then I still had that question like is he being for real and he was being for real like this guy was an old drunk he's too lazy to lie you know what I mean and he had that's how bad it was right so like this guy's being for real though and I thought damn dude so he not only did he see his body he healed he came back to it and popped up you know yeah well it's tough to find your body so every time I refund my body I'm fucking amazed that I like it just seems like a mathematical impossible reentry fucking thing right and I'm fucking back in my body I'm like holy shit I didn't how the fuck did I make it back here?
SPEAKER_04I was just fucking in another dimension and far, far away and it fucking happened and you're so happy right I fucking did it I fucking did it like reentry this seems so impossible when you're out there and you're like this is great and I'm on this nebulous fucking place and I don't have to deal with that meat sack no more then you're like I gotta I guess I gotta get back to that thing otherwise I'm gonna die and everybody's gonna think something's fucked up and then you get back to your body it's like holy shit it's like it's like you have an internal compass that fucking takes you right back because like how the fuck do I know I'm even gonna make it to the right body and I've actually I've returned I've returned through others before I've had other people's memories that weren't mine yeah and the fucking and then I make it into my body and I was remembering their memory I'm like fuck dude I was like I was just inside the home I was just inside somebody else like it's a split second fucking remembering somebody else's shit like that is definitely not my memory it's a trip it's a trip man like you can think about going back to your body and you're just in so then what is consciousness for that's a whole trippy thing right like so if I can get out of body and knock on a wooden table and my son can see it or hear it and experiment that way but yet if I get too far I can just think go back to my body and all of a sudden I'm back in my body then what is physical reality what is consciousness and if people just start throwing truths at you like then okay you know but I'm just saying like it's a pretty trippy place honestly let's get real there hasn't been enough void walking done yet before we can really map this thing out the Kabbalists claim to have mapped it out the Hindus said they did a little bit they have a lot of corresponding things that work together but uh we're still discovering stuff nowadays you know more things so how big is this thing it's all vibration you know it's all numbers everything the mathematical uh math is the language of the universe you know and coordinates and and vibratory rates all this stuff is all happening and and and coincidentally you know your thoughts are all vibrations too so it's like it's just literally just a bunch of of really cool oscillating vibrations and you know like the matter matter is good energy condensed to a slow vibration right and so your thoughts are vibrations and it's really just uh a navigation and like our wavelength of our eyes can only see um you know a certain wavelength so we're we're trapped into this small frame of being able to see these light and other vibration uh certain things and you know seeing like this table you're seeing the refraction of the light and the vibration is condensed to a slow vibration so it gives it that so solid feel it's just all vibration it's it's crazy it's really uh table hurts when you hear your head on it though it sure does yeah yeah what's up Owen man I'm just cracking up dude I'm just laughing over here enjoying enjoying this time and stream happy to see all you folks in the chat I really appreciate you guys for hanging out with us I didn't uh go crazy promoting or anything so I'm glad y'all were hanging out happy to see some folks who are even on the other side of the world in here uh shout out to Wendy Olson if you haven't checked out her art check it out it will tantalize or terrify you it'll be one or the other I mean it looks like you got people that want to go right so that's all that's good.
SPEAKER_05Yeah yeah they just they definitely want to well totally well we all want to we got to do more
SPEAKER_00stuff i would love to do more stuff i would love to get together more with people you know my plan for the summer is to do rafting again i'd love to bring in a bunch of people up and all go rafting hang out for a couple of days rent a cabin or something or whatever i mean hippies can sleep on my couch i don't care i've i've had tons of people hang come through here my my buddy i've told a thowin before yeah we've shared a bit before scary fucking experience let me tell you that but i'm down i want to hang out too like uh it's crazy shasta's awesome i i had no idea we would wind up going there that was something that happened kind of randomly right because we were in pine top because darren was like i want to go some i want to go check out the petrified forest that was the whole thing and then i think while we were there we freaked out the host of that airbnb so much that she was like hey i have another airbnb that's in mount shasta might be better for you and yeah well i thought it was remote and then we got there and it was like a cul-de-sac de sac we were camping people were camping in a cul-de-sac you know and no i mean it was there was there was plenty of room for everybody but the neighbors were kind of ticked off because we're loud and all that stuff and this place is way more so you know secluded it's a little bit further out there's no houses directly right beside it or whatever and uh yeah so I and I've never been to Shasta and it's gonna be beautiful I love me neither man I've seen it from like I'm not sure if you it's in Portland when I went to Portland and when I was on Clyde Lewis's show with that's probably that's Mount Hood you see Mount Hood.
SPEAKER_05What's mountains you can see from there Mount Vernier and Mount Hood.
SPEAKER_00I don't think because people are pointing at their like man that's Mount Shasta and I'm like I don't know dude because there's like three or four big mountains you could see out there at certain parts of Portland but um yeah that's Mount Hood I've I've hiked all those mountains out there I'll never get back to Portland if I can help it though nobody should well I Oregon is a beautiful state but like yeah I mean that's California's a beautiful state but never been but no uh no I'm good right now you know like but as far as like land mass it's the best yeah the geography is amazing like Tahoe is my favorite one of my favorite places it is pretty crazy it's pretty crazy well then and in the redwoods too I've been up there I've been to L LA is cool it I I like it San Francisco I got a buddy who lives there uh and then there's deserts I mean there's just so many different styles of terrain you know and then you go up north and like James said Tahoe Tahoe is gorgeous Yosemite all the Sierra is Yosemite God have mercy and so yeah we're gonna be up there and it's gonna be it's gonna be gorgeous man i'm I'm stoked and yeah I I haven't been in the snow in a while and I don't really love the cold to be honest but if I'm around cool bits of snow and like especially if you can ski or something I mean it probably won't be it probably won't be snowing there like it's good to explain the base of Mount Shasta is only at 4,000 feet um and you know so like in California it really doesn't start snowing until like 6,000 because like a valley at at at zero is still at like 60 degrees right so uh the temperature goes to declines at five degrees every thousand feet and so you get to about six thousand feet and it's 30 30 degrees and so that's when it'll start to snow otherwise down at the base at like Shasta is like 4,000 and so it'll be chilly but I don't think it'll actually snow.
SPEAKER_04It takes a little bit to really get some snow there it's gonna be awesome I'm stoked. Me too man California it'll be snowing on top of Shasta it's gonna be a beautiful sight yeah that's cool yeah I'm stoked yeah I'd be glad to be going back out there we got like I said look we got to do something here too uh we can set up the spaceship somewhere cool maybe shoot down a river you know like I I would love to take some people down the river I it's a lot of fun up here the mountains in the future for fringe festivals in Florida FFF be looking that's coming nice actually I just finished my website and now I'm uh officially starting to contact like yoga studios and stuff what's the uh what's the link put it in the thing uh I I don't have access to put anything in the comment um it's the Mantriana.com got it mantra means sound and Yana means uh vehicle vessel or journey and uh so it's my non-psychedelic spaceship uh offering to the mainstream public because you know some people have a hard time dealing with this spaceship and it's a little childish or too fun for them and and uh so so the uh the Montrealada's my uh my um more grounded offering and uh actually coming down to to Atlanta tomorrow. Oh really yeah my homie's coming into town and I'm taking him down he's uh gonna buy a car down there a van down there and uh I gotta drive the car that he's driving back um so yeah I was just thinking about I actually put a list I mean I started making a list of uh yoga studios in Athens and and that area too so there's definitely a couple around here yeah for sure yeah man I'd love to introduce you to anybody I can think I would love I want to do something here it'd be cool it's a cool town I I just need to talk to some folks and just do a better job of organizing.
SPEAKER_00I think we'd be doing pretty good on organizing some comedy shows uh or at least better you know I got a friend who who's who knows a little bit more about that kind of stuff so maybe I can transfer some of those skills and abilities into doing you know some sort of I would say mixed event maybe we get like a band and like the portal and some comedy all together or something.
SPEAKER_01Just do a like a burning man we'll call it something else burnout festival no actually I've I'm uh I'm not going there this year I'm I'm uh I'm taking a hiatus a respite from from the burn and can have a new experience that I've gone there enough Wendy says come to Australia I agree Wendy that's uh that's that's definitely a uh a big plane ticket to get all that equipment over there but I got friends that are don't they aren't they still trapping people in Australia though or can they leave the country yet or what I think they can leave now they can leave now cool man that was that it's enchants from like magical egypt that dude got depressed from that stuff man because they were you know last time I talked to him he was upset because they had him on lockdown over there I mean I know it's been rough over there and she's sure yeah that's good factory she's making art you know and trying to keep her mind up and it's it is tough though yeah I mean that's gotta be over man like let him go dude yeah come on right yeah yeah well no but China stuff going on in China hey did you know that people get people get sick and die did you know that you know that happens I didn't know that happened because when I was a kid people died of the cold in the fucking hospital they just died in the old they fucking died but their immune system couldn't handle it no more but that don't happen now like shit it's wild out there yeah I love talking about that stuff but but yeah you know it's not for everybody you know but it's like you said if you die before you die then you don't have to die well that's the whole thing is that that when that shit's happened I was just like okay I'm like I'm not lucky enough to die I still gotta go I still gotta like go another 40 years of this fucking beat thing worse TV told me I should be scared oh no like oh come on uh you probably won't even have to you don't have to worry about being scared man not not until you're like I mean even Jesus showed you there's really no point in being scared until like right before you're about to die and then you'd kind of doubt it for a minute you're like oh shit wait did you leave me here alone all right cool I'm ready you know I mean I've definitely been we've been a while before the pandemic started we were working on trying to get gongs into hospice and play gongs for for hospice patients and be part of their uh transition you took the spaceship into the hospital well I mean don't take the spaceship you bring a gong and a stand um uh but like immediately like your ass in we were we were I was in talks at some of the local hospices and then all of a sudden they're like um they lock that shit down and then they're like you need to have you need to have a vaccination I'm like well you don't need to have me there then yeah but you know this it's crazy that you know they wanted me to have a vaccination to go in to play gogs for people who are days from dying it's just like there's no critical thinking there at all like what the fuck that is pretty pretty ironic.
SPEAKER_04Is it to protect me from them? Like what what the hell what the hell is the legal here what where's the liability for real you're literally just drugging these people up until they're fucking gonna die oh man that's hilarious yep oh YouTube I was just laughing at the beginning of this uh but you know it's like Joe you said we just gotta laugh and be honest then eyes are everywhere at this point right yeah whatever who cares watching you right now you know like just because your little light ain't on on your camera doesn't mean they don't see you yeah well you got cameras on both sides of your phone I wonder why yeah you gotta you got everything you got what else are you watching me do there is no privacy trust me man so like oh if you're ashamed of who you are as a person you're gonna like you're just gonna have problems right if you don't care like you're cool with who you are even uh whatever you're some of your dark stuff and you're just living then I I don't see the point and rocks in the grass are watching too man like yeah wave at them it's all consciousness like it's just layers upon layers upon layers consciousness is kind of creepy spying on itself so much you know such a voyeur and you know since it's fucking put up all these divisions and and uh blind spots it's like you know something weird to think about that though like how many how many times you've been doing stuff and you're like boy if my dad or mom ever saw me this and there's probably like 50 astral entities in there just watching you whatever you're doing the fucking wall man the wall everything it's all made up of the same shit this is what they do all it's made up dark energy right before we can that shit's just fucking god man they just keep on putting new fucking state new titles on shit because science doesn't want to acknowledge spirit right so they keep on I think that's what um Ezekiel's wheel was talking about you know wheels within wheels and spirits of eyes all around in the wall and out the wall and but everybody wants to say that's spaceships but I don't I think it's uh I don't think it's spaceships at all.
SPEAKER_00No dude it ain't spaceships. Come on dude interdimensional deities don't need fucking spaceships.
SPEAKER_04Yeah that's what I'm saying we're gonna put we're gonna put rockets on a can and send it up right yeah that's the way that shit works that's not fucking just some fucking low level thinking right there.
SPEAKER_05Yeah dude yeah these entities are moving through wormholes and fucking and and other very uh intricate uh unexplainable phenomenon like they don't need a bunch of combustible explosive gas to push a fucking tin can through an atmosphere yeah KJ's is right it's all just a god experiencing itself so you can't like yeah you know so when they're talking about the riddle of the Sphinx right which is the same thing Elvis Levi talked about right you know the the ox the lion the bull and the eagle and the four you know the the the po four powers of the elements and the riddle of the sphinx and all this stuff they're talking about you and spirit and what you're connected to with all that and how it's all you're all observing and experiencing everything at once so that's it's not a spaceship or CIA looking through a fucking portal or something I don't you know what I mean it's just it's just the ancient I've heard it all and you could create as much as you want in this empty space in this empty slate and everybody and this is the thing is the creations aren't just necessarily physical you're creating your emotional state people are creating their fear creating their unhappiness creating all these things and you're just here because to create and controlling your output is the key to to that creation so everybody's free to just fucking create create create create but they're doing it without thought and doing it without choice they're doing it on autopilot and that's just still the spirit experiencing itself subjectively you know and it's like once you get a hold of it and then that like that's where you know a lot of real way what you call magic happens right it's like you get control over your process and you get your control over your thinking and control over your output and then it looks like magic to other people yeah I'll make it to the damn show tonight honestly you know or you pass it out yeah dude I've I got an hour to I gotta figure out like what I'm making to do a show about I'm thinking about switching to an earlier time I don't know if I can hang with this like late late night stuff anymore you know it's tough yeah I always tell people like come on the show like what time is it it's like midnight eastern like hell no no you know hey but the people out west get to go get to go for prime time right yeah I'm tired of them just tell them it's an astral time it's in the astral time you know I'm not tired of the people out west I'm just saying like we got people doing late stuff now so that's cool might switch doing a morning show just wake up and you know like turn to this new energy thing and just show them the other crazy side of me and do a morning show you know I don't know so you you don't you don't know what your show's about tonight I do that I don't I don't prep I I just I do everything in the moment back in the day I would even when I do guests people are like what are you gonna ask them what are you gonna talk about I'm like and guests would send you like questions right um yeah ask me this that's ask me these questions and I'm like dude I'm not gonna ask you those questions right like it's it's gonna take me about a an hour it'll take me an hour or more to figure out what I want to talk about and then I'm gonna talk about it you know and usually whatever um might not be the most professional thing to do but it still works for me so well it depends on I mean if you are promising like a you know like a episodic crazy like a serial episode yeah like a serial show or something or I don't like structure either yeah well especially if you're having a I think if you're having a conversation with some obviously they might have something they want to promote or whatever but I mean what like that's the best part is you get to ask the questions that's what makes you a good interviewer and why you should have a conversation on your show to in my opinion.
SPEAKER_00Yeah like and if somebody comes on I usually uh you can ask Owen I try my best some people are so dead set on philosophy it's okay but I try my best to get a story out of you know like tell me your story man I don't want to I don't want to hear about what you think I want to tell me what happened to you man like tell me the story that's more interesting to me you know I think it's boring but it's not it's not to me at all I think the story is a great way to get into that you know it's like if I know who you are and where you come from then I can understand your philosophy. You know if you're just spouting pontifications at night you know you're slap having memes all night you know right you know you're gonna come up with all this stuff and that's great there's some incredible thinkers out there but I do want to know where people come from because it contextualizes their philosophy for me.
SPEAKER_05So now I'm like oh I understand you I see you now I can like you and trust you because I know who you are but you got to have to start out with a little bit of that anyway I think um oh yeah man yeah and I'm always looking for weird stories so if you guys know anybody's kind of weird story that you're absolutely afraid of to even put on the air because it's so whacked out just send them to me I won't I got about 15 or 20 of those you got some Mel's whole stuff I'll definitely do that like any of that kind of crazy stuff.
SPEAKER_00What is it just just any kind of weird crazy stuff you know people uh claiming that they've been abducted by octopuses whatever I'll talk yeah that's that's right I love that stuff that's like it could happen anything could be dude that's what I want to hear too that's my favorite kind of stuff that's why I love the fringe man it's it it fills that gap yeah you know and Michael Strange and Jess Rogier on there too they Michael does a good job of like asking he'll ask like a deep you know polar kind of question and then he'll get the phones ringing all night you know and then I just try to make people feel as awkward as possible. I love the call-ins too the call-ins are awesome that's so fun to have people call in and ask a question or whatever you know and chat like even just share their opinion not necessarily even ask a question like it doesn't have to be an authoritative kind of frame it it's just an engaging way and I I don't know I I grew up on talk radio and I just love it.
SPEAKER_05Well it's on screen too right so every now and then you might get this like this Adam guy call sometimes he's like I don't know man I just got really high on Coke and I was playing video games all night and I just wanted to say hi you know and I you didn't know that I was you didn't know that I was like a a wanted man and right like I've been dodging the cops for four years and I could be talking about something totally different. This dude just wants to call in and say that so to me it's kind of fun to like deal with everything on the fly right you know it is fun it's funny too when stuff goes wacky that's funny yeah and then but then like there this there's the technical side too when it doesn't work it just all sounds like shit you know but that happens we we are spending more money to fix that right so okay yeah well thank you for doing it I think it's awesome I'm a big fan uh fringe fm tell everybody a little bit about it and what you are potentially gonna talk about tonight on your show and where they can man I don't even know like I was gonna talk about this like on on the show but I haven't I've got to come up with something to talk about now after all this my hand I may I may take you up on that right here stories again okay all right all right I'm gonna ask you some questions he's got some zingers bro I can I can vouch 100% I don't know like I don't know I know I have uh a guest tomorrow night and another guest the next night so I don't know but I'll I'll hit you up James yeah right on we'll hang out man yeah I'll come and uh have a lot have a lot of fun shoot the shit yeah yeah just come on over dude tell us the craziest story I'm talking about crazy the craziest realest one and I'll see if I can ask oh you know actually I I got I got man definitely got some good ones yeah that's good no and they can be real life too the whole doesn't have to be oh yeah no I mean a lot of a lot of my shit is like legit um fucking happen but but to your question right like so that we're kind of restructuring this thing so that DJs podcasters or anybody that wants to do a radio show can just simply hook up with Mic and headset, take a little bit of coaching and do it. But we're having we're kind of switching the business model up so it works better, right? And then we're gonna eventually do some events here uh and try to do more events uh throughout the year and um help people grow their creative their creatives, right? And give them a place to where they don't have to worry about what they're saying. You don't have to, yeah, this platform brings me a lot of traffic because people can't figure out how to use a podcast feed, but right, like this place over here, you can say whatever you want.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, well, I mean that's appeal that's appealing to me right now, too, because I mean I've had my struggles with mainstream algorithms, you know, admittedly, admittedly, and much of it to my own. I can't blame anybody else, you know, for speaking the truth, but yeah, they don't generally like that on some platforms, and uh even less. So, yeah, I think that's a good thing, and I want to encourage people. Like I said, even at the beginning of this, I was saying, hey, check out other platforms. What else can you do? Fringe FM is super user-friendly, it's got a freaking app that you can just download and listen to it.
SPEAKER_05You just open it up you can vote on your favorite shows, songs.
SPEAKER_00You can just go to the website, too. Yeah, and then you just immediately push the play button. It's like really easy to use.
SPEAKER_05Bro, Juan is beating everybody right now on the fringe for with votes.
SPEAKER_00I believe it, man.
SPEAKER_05Juan is not not numbers, but votes. Like, he's like it shows it when I look into my statistics and it shows like who's beaten with the votes, right? It looks like little racers racing, and one's like way ahead of everybody.
SPEAKER_00Juan is a hustler, dude. I want to I need to talk back to him too because I want to talk to him and uh paranoid about alchemy a little bit. Um, we had discussed doing that, and I know that alchemy has a lot of rich uh history and connotations and metaphors and literals.
SPEAKER_05Oh, yeah, there's a whole thing there. He hit me up and said we gotta do a show on alchemy, too. I think he's into all that right now.
SPEAKER_00I'm down, man. We gotta schedule some other stuff. Um, next week I've I'm gonna have uh Derek from Mystical Way Wares and Bill and my friend Ben Star Pilgrim.
SPEAKER_05We're gonna have a little like freaking is it the Bill from the event?
SPEAKER_00Bill from 13 Questions. Oh, that's right.
SPEAKER_05I already asked you that before.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, dude. I should know his last name, and I feel terrible. I I know what it is, I know he has one, but I don't know. I can't remember it. But yeah, we'll we'll be doing that next week. That'll be a really cool episode. So please tune in if you're hanging out and you or you catch this episode. Tune in live Tuesday, 9 p.m. over there. Um, bluecollar mystics.org. You can check out my website, bootsygreenwood.com. And I got some comedy clips on there. I will be posting some new stuff up on there here pretty soon as well. James, where where can people find you?
SPEAKER_04Uh, you can find me at Instagram and uh Sonic Portal and uh check out my new website, thematriana.com.
