I'm so happy to welcome once again, a long time friend and one of my favorite people to the show: Abbie Johnson.
Abbie has been on several times before and is an incredible resource regarding Dream Interpretation, Lucid Dreaming, Reality Transurfing and Physical Health. Since I first met Abbie, she has completely transformed physically into a bodybuilder and just competed in her first formal competition!
She's incredibly talented and has also physically transformed into a real life action figure. I wanted to ask her to come and share with us her journey of shaping her body and give some tips on how to leverage a transformation for anyone interested. Welcome Wonder Woman to the show!
